Audit Committee

AuditThe Audit Committee is appointed annually by the President to review EMSAAC's financial transactions, banking, and business practices. The Committee is charged with examination of Association receipts and expenditures for the prior fiscal year, and making recommendations to the Board that will improve our accounting procedures to avoid any financial misrepresentation, mismanagement or fraud.

The Committee's report was submitted and received by the Board of Directors on December 5, 2017.
